As a personal side project, I developed a Python script to gain better insight into my own financial habits. The script processes CSV files exported from my bank statements and automatically categorizes each transaction into predefined categories such as groceries, subscriptions, utilities, and more. Although it was not intended for public use, this project helped me sharpen my skills in Python, file handling, and data processing while creating a tool that supports healthier financial awareness in my daily life.
